Commissions.

Orders are placed via the commission form at the bottom of this page. The process is as follows:

1: Email me the image(s) you would like drawn/painted with the subject of the email stating the name of the service you would like (e.g. album cover). The image must be high quality with no filters to ensure that you will recieve a high quality commission.

2: Provide a detailed description of what you are requesting (e.g. background colour, any extra detailing, any extra people/pets, text, etc.).

3: If you are requesting a physical sketch or painting, please state what size of drawing you are requesting (e.g. A4).

4: I will then respond to you as soon as possible if the commission can be done and request any further details on the order if needed. Once we have agreed on a price an invoice will then be sent to your email, and the commission will be started once the payment is confirmed.

The typical turnover time for any of the commission services is 1-2 weeks (not including delivery time). If any extra time is needed to make any changes, then you will be notified. 

Yes, the digital paintings can be printed between either A5, A4, and A3 for an additional fee of £10 (shipping incl.). All prints are printed on 240 GSM High Gloss paper. 

Yes, you will receive the physical copy of any painting or sketch order alongside a PNG or JPEG sent through email.

For every extra person requested in the drawing, it is an additional £20.

Yes, changes can be made throughout the process as communication is key to a successful commission. However, once it's established from both ends that the drawing is complete and you are happy with the result, no more changes can be made in the future.

Payment is required before I start any commission and will be sent via a PayPal invoice sent through email. 

Any physical copies within the UK will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which delivers within 2-3 working days. Any physical international orders outside of the UK will be on a case-to-case basis.

All prints and sketches come with free UK delivery. Shipping for physical paintings and original artworks (which are on canvases) is calculated in the invoice and is dependent on the size of your order. Shipping fees start from £5.

The size dimensions for canvases are as followed:

A0     84.1 x 118.8 cm

A1     59.4 x 84.1 cm

A2     42.0 x 59.4 cm

A3     29.7 x 42.0 cm

A4     21.0 x 29.7 cm

A5     14.8 x 21.0 cm

The physical paintings do not come with a frame as they are painted on canvases that are mounted. 

Sketches and digital paintings can come framed for an additional cost.

Due to the nature of the business, I do not accept refunds at this current time. However, changes to your commission can be made throughout the process to ensure you are fully satisfied with the result.
